Hi everyone! My blog is about the differences in communication between men and women in the workplace and the different tensions it can cause.
I'll start with a topic to get the ball rolling.
If
a male employee and his female colleague have the same position within a
company, same level of education, and same work experience, should he
make a couple of bucks more simply because of his gender? As a woman I
say, of course, NO!!!
